Role: There is an opportunity for an “experienced and knowledgeable” applicant to join Transfer Agency BPA, Change Management team in India. The prime responsibility of BPA team is to deal with client change, operational & regulatory , modernization program, system development , installs & upgrades and critical testing activities. The core applications knowledge areas – FIS TA, 3270, Funds AUM, OLA, TAARA, RTC and Exposure to Mutual funds, Collective Investment Trusts and hedge funds
Responsibilities:
Requirements management – Planning, elicit, analyze, outline and develop requirements by coordinating with business and technology teamsPrepare Business requirement documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria’sPrepare Test strategies , Plans, Execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results, troubleshoot defectsFacilitate business analysis, development and testing - take ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project & implementationTo support new clients and funds launches in core systemsTo support system upgrades, installs, product releases testing for large and small projects/changesServe as a Change Advocate; establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teamsWork closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensure communication & smooth implementationTo ensure all the projects are delivered as per agreed governance, SDLC & Agile FrameworkSkills:
Overall experience of 6-8 years in transfer agency domain with FIS Transfer agency core applications knowledgeProven experience as a business analyst or Testing or similar rolesDemonstrates strong experience in change initiatives, covering areas such as Scrum, Agile, IT and product development; with a track record of accomplishment in complex projects and change initiativesAble to provide project management consultation and leadership to peers and othersGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and to prioritize tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsEligibility for Internal Partners
