Minimum requirements:
Experience in civil construction work, especially:
- Building structures like walls and foundations.
- Pouring and finishing concrete (e.g. plinths or slabs).
- General construction (bricklaying, digging foundations, etc.). Able to read basic construction plans or internal sketches. Accurate with measurements and familiar with common construction tools. Knowledge of correct cement mixes, curing processes, and reinforcement work (like rebar).
