**Construction Worker – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP**
**Location:** Council Bluffs, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska area
**Shift:** Day and Night Shifts (5am-7am start for day shift, 5pm-7am for night shift)
**Job Description:** We are seeking dedicated and reliable Seasonal Laborers to join our team. This role involves working in both yard environments and on highways and interstate systems. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks with barricades, traffic cones, and barrels, assembling barricades, and setting up these items on highways and interstates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and impact drills.
+ Load and unload trucks with barricades, traffic cones, and barrels.
+ Assemble barricades and set up cones, barrels, and signs on highways and interstates.
+ Operate forklifts or skid steers (training available if needed).
+ Maintain flexibility with job duties and adapt to changes on short notice.
**Requirements:**
+ Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, pliers, impact drills).
+ Backgroundin construction labor and handyman skills preferred.
+ Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, including some weekends.
+ Attendance is critical; punctuality is a must.
+ Must be licensed and insured to operate company vehicles.
+ Flexibility with schedule, including night shifts.
**Tools Provided:**
+ Company will provide necessary tools and tool bag. Cost of tools ($375) will be deducted over 4 weeks.
+ Candidates can use their own tools if they have the majority needed.
**Compensation:**
+ $22 per hour for candidates with construction experience, skid steer, forklift, and trailer pulling skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
