Together, we develop solutions that are not only best in the world, but best for the world. **Job Description** AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated experienced Construction Technician (Level III) to work Full Time, in both office and field settings, in Denver, CO on a long-term, large-scale, and high-paced production infrastructure construction-based program. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be involved with the successful execution of a major infrastructure program and who also enjoys working in a Team environment. The role requires the person to be detailed oriented, possess a blend of technical computer and writing skills, attentive to detail, experience in construction practices and the ability to communicate and present information effectively to Team members. The position requires a forward thinker, an ambitious attitude, and willingness to support any role requested by the Construction Management Team. An ideal candidate will need to be adaptable to change as additional responsibilities may be assigned. **Primary Office Responsibilities include:** + Document Quality Control and General Office Administration. + Document management support. + Manage internal and external communications (between contractors, field staff, etc. customers) + Attend meetings and complete minutes for a variety of project meetings + Perform quality document reviews of program reports, deliverables, etc. + Office and field supply tracking and ordering. + Independently monitor and maintain Excel spreadsheets. + Maintain document register + Interact with office and field-based Teams. + Interact with property owners. **Primary Field Responsibilities include:** + Support the Deputy Construction Manager and Field Safety Team with all safety related field and office responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, Field Safety Audits and reports, photo documentation and presentation of findings. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + High school diploma and four (4) years of construction experience in field and office environments.or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Current driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in using Procore. + Strong writing skills to develop and/or review technical procedure documents. + Ability to work independently and in a Team environment. + Customer relations experience. + Desire to work in office and field construction environments. + Desire to perform field related tasks about project safety. + High proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Share Point. + Proactive and self-motivated. + OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certifications. **Additional Information** + Relocation is not available for this position. + Must be able to pass CBI Internet Criminal History Check System (ICHC). Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
