**Job Title: Construction Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Construction Technician. In this role, you will assist in the building of modular construction units, utilizing your handy skills to support tradespeople and ensure the successful completion of projects. You will engage in a variety of tasks using hand and power tools, performing basic wiring, plumbing, assembly, and building of units. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the construction and assembly of modular units. + Perform basic wiring and plumbing tasks. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Support tradespeople with various construction tasks. + Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Experience with construction, renovations, and the use of hand and power tools. + Proficiency in carpentry, framing, electrical wiring, and plumbing. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience working on a construction site or outdoors. + Flexibility and willingness to learn different construction and renovation tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company that has doubled in size over the past two years.
