We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Construction Technician to join our team in building modular construction units. This role requires a versatile individual who can assist tradespeople and ensure all tasks are completed effectively. The successful candidate will perform a range of duties using both hand and power tools, contributing to basic wiring, plumbing, assembly, and building of units.

Work Environment

Work primarily outdoors in the yard and in bays, with exposure to varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, is required. Typical construction attire, such as long-sleeve shirts, is necessary. The role operates on an afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
