Airswift is seeking a Construction Supervisor on behalf of a major client in the Oil & Gas industry.

Role Overview:
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising civil and electromechanical works safely and efficiently. This includes early works, site preparation, structures, foundations, piping, electrical and instrumentation installation/testing, ensuring compliance with project schedules, costs, and quality standards. The role requires close interaction with Maintenance, Production, Facilities, HSES teams, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor progress of scheduled activities and prepare reports for decision-making. Review technical documentation, drawings, and contractor estimates. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Coordinate interfaces between multiple contractors and internal departments. Oversee quality control of installations and materials. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per project scope.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision within Oil & Gas projects. Strong knowledge of national and international codes and standards. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage project documentation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
