Construction Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Temporary position$34.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in construction work.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets required standards and regulations.
Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding project status.
Identify and resolve potential issues or delays in a proactive manner.
Maintain site documentation including attendance logs, work logs, and incident reports.
Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
Manage site cleanliness, organization, and security.
Construction Supervisor Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
