Position Overview:\n

We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you'll oversee all daily job site operations, including the supervision of subcontractors, coordination of work activities, and enforcement of safety and quality standards.\n

You will ensure all construction work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with the project's scope and our company's Mission, Vision, and Values.\n

Note: Priority will be given to candidates local to project sites, though relocation may be required.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nOversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring work meets RFPs, plans, specs, and proposal documents\nDirect and coordinate the efforts of employees and subcontractors on-site\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards\nManage schedule, budget, and materials to keep projects on track\nFoster a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment\nAct as a liaison between field crews, clients, and office\/project management teams\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMinimum: High school diploma or GED\nPreferred:\nCollege coursework or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field\nGovernment, military, or large commercial project experience preferred\nPrior experience in Design-Build and large-scale projects strongly preferred\n\n\nRequired:\n5+ years as a Superintendent on mid-size commercial projects\n4+ years (or equivalent) of field\/trade experience in the construction industry\n\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet tools\nFamiliarity with Primavera P3\/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit (preferred)\n\n\nCertifications:\nCPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS required (training available) \nLEED GA or AP certification is desirable\n\n\nOther Skills:\nBilingual (Spanish\/English) is a plus\n\n\n\n
