Job Title: Superintendent Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to support a work project for the US Embassy in Burkina Faso. The role involves general remodeling work, requiring expertise in carpentry, mechanical, and electrical support. A top secret clearance is required for this position. This project will be 2 months, with a chance to support additional projects afterwards. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage construction activities for the US Embassy remodeling project. + Ensure all construction work complies with federal construction standards. + Coordinate carpentry, mechanical, and electrical support for the project. + Maintain high safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance throughout the project. Essential Skills + Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent. + Top secret security clearance. + Expertise in federal construction projects, particularly in remodel/tenant improvement projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + OSHA certification. Work Environment The position involves working on-site at the US Embassy in Burkina Faso. The work environment includes managing construction activities in a diplomatic setting, requiring adherence to high security and safety standards.
