Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.

Lead and supervise the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction projectsDevelop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specificationsEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholdersManage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project deliveryConduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and qualityIdentify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction processImplement and promote sustainable construction practicesMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional developmentPrepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certificationMinimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projectsAdvanced knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and structural engineering principlesProficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and RevitStrong project management skills, including budget and timeline managementExcellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingEffective communication skills, both written and verbalIn-depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi ArabiaExperience with sustainable construction practicesAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel to various project sites within the region
