About the Role:
We are seeking a Construction/Site Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative for a 75 MW solar project paired with a 50 MW / 4-hour BESS facility.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the on-site execution of utility-scale solar and BESS construction projects. Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and quality standards. Manage project documentation and reporting, including daily/weekly/monthly updates to senior leadership Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Conduct site walkdowns, verify work completion, and approve contractor invoices. Represent the company in project meetings and external stakeholder discussions. Assist with commissioning and transition to commercial operations. Perform additional project-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in construction management or project oversight in the renewable energy sector. Proven experience with utility-scale solar and/or battery storage projects. Strong experience overseeing contractors and vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
