What You’ll Do

Organize and oversee construction works on site Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution Monitor quality standards and project timelines Manage and maintain construction documentation Contribute to technical solutions and process improvements Develop a deep understanding of project plans and site documentation Proactively identify risks and prevent potential issues Track project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience (more is a plus) Professional certification/licensing is an advantage but not required Strong knowledge of construction regulations, technologies, and project phases Willingness to work on-site depending on project location Experience on complex projects (multi-phase sites, strict deadlines, urban environments, international subcontractors, specialized technologies, etc.) Minimum A2 level of English Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD Valid Category B driver’s license Reliable team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
