Now Brewing – Construction Services manager, Corporate Facilities! #tobeapartner
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
At Starbucks, we believe in creating inspiring spaces that foster collaboration, innovation, and productivity. We’re looking for a curious and strategic construction leader who can drive operational excellence while continuously evolving our project delivery model. This role will support our Seattle headquarters and our North American regional office portfolio and will play a pivotal role overseeing and executing a variety of construction projects, including the buildout of new offices, tenant improvements (TIs) within existing offices and complex repair and maintenance (R&M) capital projects.
You’ll need to be proactive, innovative, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Your focus will be innovating and modernizing our project delivery model, while managing resources in alignment with Starbucks priorities.
If you’re a strategic thinker with general contractor experience whose constant north star is excellence, this is the role for you.

A curious and innovative mindset with the ability to drive exceptional project delivery services and operational improvements.

Extensive knowledge of design and construction principles, practices and methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex project documents, including agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, drawings and specifications.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Renovation & TI Projects:
Oversee the renovation of corporate offices and office spaces, as well as tenant improvement projects, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our teams and align with our brand values.
Complex R&M Capital Projects:
Manage complex repair and maintenance capital projects, addressing critical infrastructure needs and ensuring the longevity and functionality of our corporate spaces.

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets Starbucks standards and regulatory requirements.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor project expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
Oversee financial management, ensuring Starbucks resources are used efficiently and responsibly, including people costs.
