Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on, extroverted Project Specialist to join our Postal/Parcel Group. This role is remote, but candidates must live in Colorado, be available for occasional in-person meetings in Denver, and occasional travel for site visits.
This company's projects are repeatable, often direct-to-owner, and involve major logistics clients like UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. They specialize in industrial material handling systems, including mechanical and control systems design, fabrication, installation, integration, commissioning, training, and maintenance.

Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in a role solely doing scheduling
+ Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or similar scheduling tools
+ Familiarity with commercial construction processes and lifecycles
+ Extroverted personality with strong interpersonal skills
+ Comfortable working directly with owners and navigating their unique expectations
+ No specific background required in terms of school, company, or project type
+ Please note: We prefer not to hire from Amazon, FedEx, or UPS directly
+ Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $60.00/hr.
