Overview:
Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to track progress. Prepare and present regular schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery plans to stakeholders. Conduct schedule impact analysis for change orders, delays, and scope modifications. Support project controls and reporting functions with accurate schedule data and insights. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Lead schedule review meetings and ensure timely resolution of scheduling conflicts. Ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and datacenter industry standards.

Preferred Experience:

Thai National only. 5+ years in scheduling roles. Experience in datacenter, hospital, or complex infrastructure builds. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling tools. Strong understanding of construction workflows, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
