Responsibilities:
This hybrid role combines executive and operational support with a strong focus on sales analytics and process management. In addition to assisting leadership and managing day-to-day office needs, the role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and tracking sales data, helping improve our sales process, and providing actionable insights to the estimating department, inside sales, and outside sales teams.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Manage leadership's e-mail, calendar, travel, and expense reports.
Oversee office supply ordering and vendor coordination.
Organize training sessions and maintain key operational systems.
Sales Analytics & Process Support
Gather, organize, and maintain sales data from multiple sources.
Track sales performance metrics, identify trends, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Work closely with the estimating department to log, monitor, and follow up on bids.
Support the inside and outside sales teams with data, lead tracking, and follow-up processes.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements.
Estimating Coordination
Ensure bid requests are complete and submitted with all necessary details.
Track bid statuses and communicate updates to the sales team.
Maintain records of awarded projects and historical estimate data for future reference.
