About the Role

Join a team committed to a safety-first culture on high-profile construction projects. As aSafety Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a secure work environment across data center and commercial building sites.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce project-specific and client-specific safety plans and guidelines.Collaborate with regional safety leads to ensure proper signage and PPE availability.Verify completion of safety orientation training for all on-site personnel.Collect and organize safety documentation from subcontractors and trade partners (e.g., JHAs, SDSs, High-Risk Activity Plans, certifications).Conduct daily safety audits using a digital platform, including annotated photo documentation.Submit at least two Safety Observation Reports weekly.Spend 60–70% of time in the field engaging with crews and monitoring safety practices.Participate in daily huddles, coordination meetings, foremen’s meetings, and preconstruction sessions.Lead or support weekly all-hands safety meetings, including prep and attendance tracking.Spot-check safety documentation during site visits.Track and review Daily Action Plans, High-Risk Activity Plans, and orientation records.Report incidents and near-misses; assist with investigations.Conduct site-specific safety orientations and maintain communication with subcontractor safety reps.Lead or contribute to planning meetings for high-risk activities.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of construction safety experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.Safety certifications such as CHST or CSP.Strong communication and leadership skills.Experience supporting data center or commercial building construction projects.Ready to make an impact?Apply now to help shape a safer future in construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
