Job Title: Construction Safety Manager
The Construction Safety Manager plays a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. This position involves implementing measures to motivate employees, improve production methods, enhance equipment performance, and ensure product quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems.
+ Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving personal grievances.
+ Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
+ Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
+ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
+ Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in creating precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
+ 8-10 years of experience required, with a focus on construction safety and project management.
+ Preferred certification: CSP (Certified Safety Professional).
+ Experience with data center construction or large construction projects is advantageous.
+ Positive attitude and teamwork are highly valued.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78.00 - $88.00/hr.
