D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Construction Quality Control Inspector-WA. The right candidate will perform the responsibilities for the inspection/deliveryof a quality home and homeowner satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Confirm all approved plans to verify that the home site is built per plan and specificationEnsure that the selected options and upgrades are implemented during construction and for the homeowner walk-throughWalk each completed home before the homeowner walk-through to make sure it is complete, clean, and meets standardsAble to perform light detailing proficiently (door adjustments, drywall and paint touch-up)Create, document, and distribute all checklists, inspections, and reportsMaintain knowledge of company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulationsConduct regularly scheduled QC meetingsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
