Job Title: Construction Project Supervisor Location: Belleville, ON Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Compensation: $85-92/hr depending on qualifications Type: 11 month contract Overview We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations on construction projects in Belleville, Ontario. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on coordinating crews, maintaining a safe job site, and keeping work on schedule. You’ll serve as the primary on-site lead, working closely with trades, subcontractors, and project leadership to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities + Lead daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout + Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget expectations + Act as the on-site safety lead in compliance with Ontario OHSA and site-specific safety plans + Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards + Identify and resolve field issues before they impact safety, schedule, or cost + Support inspections, permitting requirements, and site documentation as required + Communicate progress, risks, and site needs clearly with project management Qualifications Must Have + Experience supervising construction sites and field crews in Ontario + Strong safety leadership and familiarity with Ontario health & safety requirements + Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage daily site activities Nice to Have + Experience with Smartsheet or similar scheduling / project tracking tools + Background working on commercial or industrial construction projects Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
