Salary $65-75k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
Field Operations
-Maintain a visible, active presence on assigned jobsites
-Ensure all homes are built according to plans, selections, and scopes of work
-Manage all onsite trade partners, deliveries, and job-site cleanliness
-Hold trade partners accountable to safety, cleanliness, and Company best practices
-Coordinate material delivery and returns to avoid damage and access issues
-Act as the point of contact between internal teams (Design, Sales, Client Support) and field operations
-Ensure homes are well-maintained and visually presentable throughout construction
Quality Control & Client Experience
-Conduct and document QC checkpoints throughout each build
-Lead the final walkthrough with the client
-Ensure punch lists are completed before possession
-Identify and resolve workmanship or product concerns with trade partners
-Recommend process improvements to avoid recurring issues
Schedule Management
-Monitor and update home schedules daily
-Adjust task durations to reflect current crew performance and trade availability
-Address and document trade delays or performance issues promptly
-Escalate vendor issues to the Director of Operations as needed
On-Call Duties
-Participate in the on-call rotation if required
-Respond quickly to jobsite or homeowner issues as they arise, including emergency visits if necessary

-3+ years of experience in residential construction is required
-Valid driver's license required
-Expertise of homebuilding best practices
-Leadership presence and the ability to drive accountability
-High attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Effective communicator, both internally and with trade partners
-Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets and project management software
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
-Must be comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions
-Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform light construction tasks
-100% field-based; job sites may include new construction neighborhoods and infill lots
-Must be able to walk, stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as part of daily site management
-High school diploma or GED required
