This role is responsible for managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and safety compliance, ensuring successful delivery of complex wastewater construction projects. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of wastewater construction projects
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews to meet project goals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local/state/federal codes
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
Collaborate with engineers, owners, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
Review and approve project documents including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain accurate records of daily site activity, inspections, incidents, and progress reports
Lead project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Ensure all work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with project management tools and scheduling software, specifically Procore
Experience with public works or municipal contracts
Familiarity with local permitting and inspection processes
Education:
Bachelors

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of project management experience in civil, utility, or wastewater construction
Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, sitework, concrete, mechanical, and underground utility construction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of OSHA and environmental safety requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Valid driver???s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
