Construction Project Manager (El Segundo)
Job Description Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to assist with the following day to day responsibilities: - Oversee and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion - Maintain regular coordination and communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, including impacts to site and/or adjacent occupied areas - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies - Maintain real time schedule and financial forecast in Procore - Maintain budget from multiple funding sources and various suppliers in Procore - Respond to challenges in the field as they arise - Abatement coordination with crossfunctional stakeholders - Work as part of the site facilities project management team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - 3-5 years project management experience - Experience with Microsoft Projects - Experience with MS Office - Experience with Procore - Construction project management experience - PMP Certification - Major office modernization experience (i.e., full floor remodel in office building) - Experience with DoD (taking existing space and building security perimeter ie make walls taller) and/or SCIF projects
