Construction Project Manager

Job Description
We’re seeking a mid‑level Project Manager with strong, hands-on experience leading commercial or government renovation projects—ideally 5–7 years as a PM, and ~15 years overall in the industry. This person will manage multiple active TI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead 2–3 concurrent projects (mostly tenant improvements; no ground‑up required)
• Manage day-shift PM responsibilities for projects operating at night (supported by internal QA team)
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scopes, schedules, and delivery
• Interface directly with owners, government agencies, and commercial clients
• Develop and manage PMPs, CMPs, and RFP responses
• Implement project controls for time, cost, quality, and safety
• Coordinate pre‑design/design activities and support procurement and construction phases
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements, building standards, design codes, and agency procedures
• Prepare and present project updates, scopes, schedules, and budgets as needed

Skills and Requirements
Preferred Experience:
• Commercial or government renovation programs (courts/municipal experience is a strong plus)
• Owners Rep background
• Experience with industry-standard project processes and CM/PM best practices
• Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders: architects, engineers, planners, contractors
• Ability to analyze/solve project issues and make sound decisions
• Strong professionalism—polished, articulate, client-facing presence Tools & Technical Knowledge (Preferred):
• Familiarity with Manager Plus or similar asset management tools
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar scheduling platforms
• Solid computer skills for reports, presentations, and project tracking
Credentials (Preferred, not required):
• PMP or CCM
• AICP, PgMP, LEED Green Associate, or LEED AP BD+C
