\t\t\t\t\tWill be managing several Capital projects (CAPEX) over next 6 months on-siteThe main 3 projects will be facility roof repair, rail road repair, and sewer reliningWill be expected to organize the people, make sure everything is on time, and make sure it’s safe.Someone that’s been on a bigger job and whose had a planner do the planning for them isn't going to work.Need to have experience being in charge of the projectProject size – half a million to million dollar projects ($0.5 M - $1M)Great to have chemical experience, or heavy industrial experience. Safety is a huge priority and these industries provide high standards for safety expectations Experience working with safety standards and ensuring contractors and projects are meeting the different standards: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $95.00/hr.
