We need an experienced Construction Project Manager 2-Project Manager to LEAD the construction of TWO 5 story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories Our professionally polished leader will partner with and oversee our Construction Manager. 10-years of experience managing new construction projects up to $30M in value preferred. Strong Executive Presence is required for success in the role.
What You'll DoLEAD the construction of TWO 5 story buildings, one residential and one academic with laboratories
Manage all costing estimation, contract negotiation and vendor activities, and software (Procore preferred)Organize and direct construction personnel-vendors and ensure that materials and equipment resources are delivered Oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniquesExecute all activities with planning commissions and governing bodies for permitsManage Budgeting, Estimating and Scheduling TWO $30M Construction ProjectsWhat We Offer
