This role supports active construction projects from planning through closeout — working alongside engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and in compliance. This is a field-forward position. You'll spend roughly 50–75% of your time deployed to project sites nationwide, with multi-week assignments expected. When you're not in the field, you're based out of our Spokane Valley office. All travel expenses are covered. The Construction Project Coordinator role is a direct path to Project Manager.
