Skills and Requirements - Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project/program management. - 5+ years prior hands-on experience as a Refrigeration Technician is required. - Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, refrigerants, and maintenance practices. - Familiarity with commercial and industrial refrigeration applications. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Refrigeration contractor's license. - EPA Section 608 Certification is a plus - Experience working for a large retail, commercial, or industrial company is preferred - Experience in grocery, food service, cold storage, or manufacturing environments. - Knowledge of energy-efficient refrigeration technologies and sustainability practices.
