Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Procurement Lead to oversee procurement activities for a large-scale, technically complex construction project in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will bring strategic sourcing expertise and deep knowledge of procurement processes within high-spec environments such as data centres, hospitals, or other clean-room controlled facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget. Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization processes. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance. Collaborate with project managers, commercial teams, and engineering leads to forecast procurement needs. Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure adherence to local procurement regulations and international best practices.
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing procurement for complex infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of clean room environments and BMS-controlled systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Thai language skills are a plus.
