Purpose of Position

 

To oversee daily execution of construction and billing verification, ensuring timely, safe and quality completion of structural, finishing and utility works. Major Responsibilities

 

• Supervise construction of towers, bungalows, and external infra works.
• Verify compliance with GFC drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor contractor resource deployment and productivity.
• Validate contractor bills and certify quantities with Quantity Surveyor.
• Ensure coordination between civil, MEP, and architectural teams.
• Enforce safety and quality protocols on-site.

Qualification and Experience

          Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15 years of Project Management experience in the construction of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure; and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.

 

Skills & Qualities: Strong knowledge of civil construction, contracts, and billing systems. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera. Eye for detail in measurements and execution. Firmness in site supervision and dispute resolution. Collaborative and responsive under pressure.
