Job Description
A leading construction technologies company seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage project schedules, understand the scope of security and low voltage systems projects, and effectively communicate with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage project scheduling using Excel for two-week look-aheads.Understand and manage projects related to security systems and low voltage systems.Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring professional communication and presentation.Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals.Essential Skills
Proficiency in managing low voltage projects.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in construction, particularly electrical systems.Experience with MEP, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Construction management experience preferred.Experience with commercial projects, both public and private.Knowledge of security and electrical systems such as those by Schneider Electric.Work Environment
The role requires a presence on-site or in the office five days a week, providing a hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
