Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, including interior fit-outs and restaurant renovations. The role involves contract management, project monitoring, and quality control, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all phases of constructionOversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsConduct field inspectionsPrepare estimates and track project costsReview and approve invoicesPrepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvalsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
General Contracting License5+ years of commercial construction managementManage multiple projects at oncePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
