Role Overview

Contractor and Project Management: Ensure adherence to contractor requirements and management expectations. Pre Mobilization Work: Participate in bid document assembly and contractor bid reviews. Execution: Verify contractor documentation and lead incident reviews. Post Execution: Conduct contractor closeouts and lessons learned meetings. Safety: Develop and implement safety initiatives and manage health and safety execution plans. Quality: Verify contractor quality deliverables and manage the Master Deficiency List. Schedule: Develop and manage project-specific construction execution plans. Cost: Manage project budgets and approve field-based project changes. Change Management: Identify project risks and provide resolution recommendations. Communication/Reporting: Maintain ongoing communication regarding project status and risks.

Skills & Qualifications

Construction Site Management: Proven experience in overseeing construction projects. Construction Safety: Strong knowledge of safety management systems and OSHA regulations. Construction Controls & Management: Ability to manage project drivers including safety, schedule, and cost.

Education & Experience

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a construction management role overseeing large industrial projects. Training: Formal construction management training or certification required. Certification: Trade certification (journeyperson or equivalent) in a construction discipline preferred.

Pay & Benefits

Per diem for non-local candidates. Mob in/mob out travel assistance (economy airfare or mileage at IRS rate). Work schedule: 5 x 8 hour days with 2 days off per week until project schedule is implemented, transitioning to 5 x 10 hour days.
