Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Construction Defect Associate.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with at least 6-10 years of experience in commercial litigation and Construction Defect Litigation who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Manage all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from pre-trial investigations to final resolutionWork closely with a diverse group of attorneys in the commercial construction and community association practicesHandle a wide range of litigation mattersHave substantial experience in both state and federal courts (background in administrative matters and arbitration is highly beneficial)Manage all aspects of discovery, preparing pleadings, and developing litigation strategiesConduct depositions, argue motions, represent clients in mediation and arbitration, and maintain open, strong communication with clients throughout the litigation processHave ability to balance multiple high-priority cases while delivering excellent service and strategic execution
