Role Purpose:
The Construction Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities for the construction of a Bundle Base in the Alat Area. The role ensures that construction is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management within Oil & Gas projects.
Proven experience in site development, camp construction, and industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of HSEQ standards and local regulatory requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies:

Project Planning & Execution
Implement construction execution plans, schedules. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Oversee site preparation, civil works, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.Site Management
Act as Client representative onsite,Supervise construction activities for:
Main Base: Pipe storage yard, welding and testing workshops, maintenance facilities.Site Camp: Office building, accommodation units, canteen, utilities, and supporting infrastructure.Interface and coordinate with EPC Contractors.Management of change, with support from the office.Safety & Compliance
Enforce HSE standards and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.Quality Assurance
Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams.
Team Leadership
Manage Client Site team and EPC Contractors. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.Reporting
Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.Track and report on schedule, cost, and resource utilization
