The Construction Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities related to subsea systems and FPSO integration. This includes planning, execution, and delivery of construction scopes in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and offshore execution teams.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction planning and execution for subsea infrastructure and FPSO hookup. Ensure alignment with project engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams. Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with PTTEP standards and regulatory requirements. Manage offshore construction campaigns, including vessel mobilization, installation, and hookup activities. Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all construction activities are executed safely and efficiently in deepwater environments (>400m). Provide technical input and leadership during constructability reviews and readiness assessments. Interface with client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve construction issues. Support project reporting, documentation, and close-out activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. At least 5 years in a lead or managerial role on deepwater development projects. Proven experience with floating facilities (FPSO/FPU/FLNG/FSO) and subsea systems in water depths exceeding 400 meters. Strong knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, marine operations, and subsea installation. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
