**Responsibilities**
+ Utilize general labor skills in construction and production settings.
+ Operate various power tools, hand tools, and pneumatic tools efficiently.
+ Work with concrete and demonstrate carpentry skills.
+ Maintain a high standard of attendance and attention to detail.
+ Accurately use a tape measure to a precision of 1/16 inch.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16 inch.
+ Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
+ Strong drive to maintain stable production and high uptime of machinery.
+ Innovative mindset and willingness to stretch limits.
+ Ability to implement processes and strategies for team performance improvement.
+ Proven problem-solving skills and self-starting ability.

**Work Environment**
This active role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and regularly lifting over 50 pounds. The state-of-the-art facility in Nampa, ID, features robots handling much of the work. The specific department assignment will be determined during the interview.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
