**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking two dedicated individuals to work at the entrance of our construction site, managing the scanning of badges as personnel enter and exit. As the site activity increases in April, responsibilities will expand to include assisting the field team with general site cleanup. Additionally, there may be occasional data entry tasks related to badge printing. The role requires flexibility in covering all operational hours of the site, with workdays scheduled Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. During March, weekly hours may range between 34-38, but starting in April, a full 40-hour workweek is expected. **Responsibilities** + Monitor and control site access by scanning badges at the entrance. + Support field team with site cleanup and maintenance. + Perform data entry tasks for badge printing as needed. + Contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of the construction site. + Engage in general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, and digging. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and construction tasks. + Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods. + Proficiency in scanning badges and performing data entry. + OSHA 10 Certification. + First Aid Certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures. + Ability to operate power tools and small machinery. + Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. + Capability to work safely and solve practical problems. + Competency in reading and interpreting safety rules and instructions. + Successfully pass BG check, drug screen, and physical capacity profile. + Reliable transportation to and from the work site. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a 12-month duration with steady work, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a construction setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
