Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Construction Laborers for projects located in and around Knoxville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate pressure washers and apply detergents to clean surfaces.Safely work at heights up to 80 feet using boom lifts.Rotate between lift work and ground duties, including:
Managing detergent refills
Flagging for safety
Equipment loading and tool maintenance
Follow all site safety procedures and crew instructions.
Requirements:
Verified boom lift experience (required for in-person interview and eligibility).Must be comfortable working at heights.Physically able to perform labor-intensive work.Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player.Experience in pressure washing is a plus, but training will be provided.Company Details
