We are seeking a motivated and reliable **General Laborer** to join a dynamic construction team working on large-scale infrastructure and building projects in the Copper Mountain area. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that values safety, quality, and long-term career growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors with various tasks on active construction sites.
+ Perform physical labor such as loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and equipment setup.
+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety on the job site.
+ Support concrete work, excavation, demolition, and other general construction activities.
+ Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
+ Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
