Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The position involves working on construction projects from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime depending on project needs. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks such as demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor tasks including demolition, loading/unloading, digging, and clean-up.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site.Support daily operations at the construction site.Perform tasks related to general clean-up.Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.Adhere to safety precautions in a construction environment.Essential Skills3+ years' experience in a commercial or large residential job setting.Ability to speak about safety precautions in a construction environment.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, concrete, and carpentry skills.Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 certification.Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Ability to use a tape measure, hammer, and saw.Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.Ability to pass a check, drug screen, physical capacity profile, and E-Verify.Reliable transportation method to get to and from work.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves outdoor weather conditions, frequent proximity to moving mechanical parts, and occasional work in high or precarious places. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
