Construction Installer

📍Based in Aberdeen, SD | Regional Travel – Home Every Night

🕗Full-Time| Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Very Limited Saturdays (Voluntary Only)

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Installers. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement. You’ll start as a laborer/helper, working closely with a lead installer to learn the ropes of garage door installation—both commercial and residential. Each day starts at our shop, where you’ll meet your crew and travel together to job sites in the region. You’ll be home every night—no overnight travel required.

What You’ll Do

Assist in installing garage doors, including:Hardwiring doorsSetting tracksInstalling springsUse hand tools and tape measures with precisionLearn from experienced leads with the opportunity to grow into a lead role

A strong work ethic and willingness to learnValid driver’s license(or ability to obtain one within 6 months)Tape measure proficiencyandhand tool experiencestrongly preferredTeam player with a positive attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
