Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare construction sites and shop areas by removing debris, trash, and potential hazards.
Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
Maintain a neat and orderly job site, ensuring all tools are accounted for, cleaned, and organized at the end of each day.
Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with their duties, including holding materials, supplying tools, and performing basic tasks as directed.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely, such as drills, saws, and basic demolition equipment.
Assist with the assembly and installation of prefabricated cleanroom components and associated products.
Perform basic construction-related tasks, including minor demolition, digging, backfilling, or assisting with concrete work.
Strictly comply with all company safety requirements, regulations, and procedures, including the consistent use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Help set up and take down temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barricades.
Identify safety hazards and take immediate corrective action to eliminate or minimize risks.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience (1+ year) in construction, manufacturing, general labor, or a related skilled trade environment.
Familiarity with the proper use and maintenance of common manual and power tools.
Forklift certification or experience operating light construction equipment (e.g., bobcat).
Basic math skills for simple calculations and measurements (e.g., reading a tape measure).
Understanding of basic construction/job site organization and efficiency.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) regularly and stand for long periods.
