Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring general laborers for a temporary 3 week construction assignment on Sheppard Air Force Base! The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm for $15.00/hr. The job starts asap until Friday 12/19, base will be closed 12/20 - 01/04/2026, then will return Monday 01/05 to work the remaining 1.5 - 2 weeks of the job. ... Eligible candidates MUST have a clean background for the last 10 years, have valid vehicle registration, have own steel toe boots, and have 3 forms of ID (Real ID, drivers license/ ID card, social security card, AND birth certificate).

Responsibilities:
- Heavy manual labor, will be lifting and moving materials, keeping worksite clean of debris, bring tools to installers
- Construction demolition work
- Using manual and power tools

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
- Must abide to PPE requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
MUST have a clean background for the last 10 years, have valid vehicle registration, have own steel toe boots, and have 3 forms of ID (Real ID, drivers license/ ID card, social security card, AND birth certificate).
