Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.

ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractor labor and coordinate site activities.Travel from site to site, ensuring timelines and schedules are met.Take daily pictures of job sites and report updates to management.Ensure sites are left clean and spotless.Spend 75-80% of the day in a vehicle overseeing project sites.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction, blueprints, supervision, and communication.Expertise in safety, mechanical, hand tools, and construction management.Project management, general contractor experience, and site development.Project coordination skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques.Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, schematics, and technical drawings.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to travel 80%.Bilingual skills are a plus.Experience in reading construction drawings.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
