We’re looking for a detail-driven Construction Estimator with millwork or cabinetry experience to help us win projects and grow long-term client relationships.

Construction Estimator (Millwork/Cabinetry) Details:

Direct Hire position$70,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftReview project specifications, drawings, and bid requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.Gather vendor quotes, evaluate pricing, and identify value-engineering opportunities.Prepare bid packages, proposals, and budgets; submit bids by deadlines.Maintain accurate project and bid documentation in estimating software (Crows Nest).Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to support bids and build strong relationships.Coordinate with Project Management and other departments to ensure smooth project turnover.Follow up on submitted bids to close business and strengthen client partnerships.

Construction Estimator (Millwork/Cabinetry) Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.Prior experience in construction estimating, preferably in architectural millwork, woodworking, or cabinetry.Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and bid processes.Experience soliciting vendor quotes and negotiating pricing.Proficiency with estimating software (Excel based)Experience with Crow's Nest ERP a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines, and client interactions effectively.
