Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy Saudi National Construction Engineer to join our team in Tabuk, supporting the delivery of one of the world's most ambitious giga-projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be stationed in the field, acting as the primary point of contact for onsite construction activities. You will ensure that contractors execute civil works in strict accordance with project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities for civil and infrastructure works, ensuring adherence to approved shop drawings and method statements.
Progress Monitoring: Track and report on daily site progress, identifying any potential bottlenecks or schedule delays to the Construction Manager.
Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team to verify that all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
HSE Compliance: Champion a "Safety First" culture on-site, ensuring all contractors and laborers comply with Parsons' world-class safety regulations.
Documentation: Review and process site records, daily logs, and inspection requests (RFI/MIR) to maintain a transparent and accurate project trail.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-site construction supervision or site engineering.
Communication: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential for coordinating between international teams and local contractors.
Problem Solving: Ability to read and interpret complex civil blueprints and provide practical solutions to field-based technical issues.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
Previous experience on NEOM, Trojena, or Amaala (Tabuk region giga-projects).
Familiarity with Oracle Aconex or other construction management software.
