JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing site construction activities, tracking project material, keeping the project on schedule and on budget.Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction by working closely with customers, sales staff, design office and subcontractors to guarantee work performed met expectations of customerDemonstrate above adequate knowledge and skills in reading and interpreting construction.Schedule delivery of material and completed tasks and assignments as scheduled and in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, codes, policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, directives, and within budget.Prepare daily and weekly project status reports, travelled in-state as projects required, and participated in construction educational training.Coordinate and communicate between field, engineering and owner.Ensure that construction plans are aligned in agreement with owner expectations and identify points at which contractual obligations have been met.Review engineering designs, drawings, blueprints, and other related engineering documents to identify potential problems ahead of time and proactively implement solutions.Prepare Material Requisition for site construction activities, specially modularised construction, yard capabilities evaluation, contractor capabilities evaluation for fabrication and installation activities etc

Work Experience

 REQUIREMENTS :

Degree in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.At least 5-8 years construction experience at site. Oil and Gas industry is a must, FPSO experience would be an advantage.Demonstrate experience in inter discipline coordination of the design and installation engineering of oil and gas pipelines and FPSO installation at site.Familiar with general oil & gas industry quality requirementsFamiliar with local environment safety and health regulatory.Adequate cross discipline technical knowledge and exposure to more than two projects of an international nature at site.Fluent in English language, both spoken and writtenProficiency in Mandarin Language would be an advantage.
