**Construction Clean-Up Technician** + **$20 an hour** + **Start ASAP** **Cedar Rapids, IA – QTS Data Center Project** Join a leading provider of environmental cleaning services supporting the QTS Data Center construction project in Cedar Rapids, IA. In this role, you’ll help maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across active construction areas—contributing directly to the development of a major long-term facility. **Key Responsibilities** + Clean all exposed interior surfaces from floor to building deck, including mopping, wiping, vacuuming, and brushing. + Use scissor lifts and boom poles to access elevated or hard-to-reach areas. + Perform exterior pressure washing on building panels, generator housings, and flooring. + Work safely and attentively in active construction zones. + Perform job tasks that require standing, kneeling, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights. **Essential Skills & Experience** + Prior experience in construction, general labor, or industrial cleaning. + Ability to use basic hand tools and operate scissor lifts or similar equipment. + Comfortable working around and coordinating with multiple skilled trades. + OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (preferred). **Apply Directly** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
